Integration Complexity:

Integrating multiple technologies in the tech stack, such as React Native for frontend apps, Reactjs for websites and Angularjs for an admin interface was an enormously complex challenge. Coordinating all three frameworks while maintaining seamless communication between frontend and backend components required careful planning and expertise.

Data Management:

Utilizing MongoDB as the backend database, the team was faced with challenges of efficiently organizing and querying large volumes of healthcare data. Designing robust data models, optimizing database queries and maintaining consistency and integrity were essential parts of their development process.

Real-Time Communication:

Implementing video call functionality using Quickblox and chat features using socket technology presented technical challenges, but these obstacles were overcome through real-time communication, low latency and scalability while meeting data security and privacy standards with expert knowledge and skillset.

Third-Party Integration:

Integrating external services such as Quickblox for video calls and EasyPost for courier delivery presented unique challenges during development. Effective API interactions, authentication procedures and data synchronization were essential in creating seamless integration into Big4Health's platform.

Cross-Platform Compatibility:

Designing and developing an interface that was both responsive and user-friendly across desktop and mobile platforms was a significant challenge for our team. With the use of React Native and Reactjs technologies, they were able to ensure consistent user experiences across devices and screen sizes.
