Since NetSet Software is offering non-tangible irrevocable services we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the milestone is paid. NetSet Software Solutions believes that every project starts with a finished project in mind.
Therefore, all possible attempts of amicably working out a mutually acceptable solution should be a priority in case of an unsatisfactory service. Refund is a last resort that may be taken when things are absolutely not working out.
Ultimately, our goal is to a reach a mutually satisfactory solution. However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:
1. Major defects within 72 hours: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our Sales/Support department’s approval. As a customer you are responsible for understanding the milestone delivered and report us back within 72 hours if there is any major issue.
We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within next 72 business hours. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 72 business hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a Customer, the refund may be issued to the customer as replacement of the product of the same or around the same value can be offered. No re-fund related issues shall be taken in to account 3 days after the Milestone is paid.
2. Product not-as-described: Such issues should be reported to our Sales/Support department within 72 business hours from the date of the delivery. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as discussed. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.
3. Technical restrictions: This refund policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Net Set Software Solutions does not own or control, or of persons that Net Set Software Solutions does not employ or manage, including any third-party service and/or product providers bound by contract and any third-party. Features/functions not supported by technology providers shall not be liability of NetSet software.
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party forensic or security software other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the page of each product. We do not guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we may not provide support for third-party applications.
